Why did you buy XCode, all you needed to have done was go to developers.apple.com and sign up for a free Dev account, once there, just download the older version (3.2.5) and install. The older version works fine and will enable the Gestures.
Yes I do have Xcode installed and also I hace an Apple dev account, but I've had it for long and gestures were not enabled on the previous updates to my iPad. If nobody else can confirm gestures on their iPads then what you say might be the case, but I still cant understand why they were not enabled on the previous updates.

Indeed - Apple make money from the sale of iphone hardware whereas Google will only take a percentage.
However, Google's plan is to control OS's because they then make money from their App store and adverts
Apple identified this last year and thus released the Ad-Sense scheme for devs to tempt them to use Apple's App Store over Googles.
Even if Apple and Google both make money from ads and apps... Apple still gets $600 per phone.

Disagree about the LP album being even close to good, but I stated that before:rolleyes:
CD's? That's still just about all I purchase, beside my vinyl collection:D I want a physical copy for everything, and I like to have the artwork, AND get it signed by the artist when I see them live. I also get the ticket and place it behind the CD holder in the case. With my Genelec 1030A's I can tell if it's an MP3 or not:p Now where did the sweet spot between my speakers go again:rolleyes:

Those iPhones in the photo are the exact same size, just a simple case of forced perspective. The White iPhone is tilted ever so slightly to give the illusion of increased size.

Yawn. What's the point? This thing will have a shelf life of 5.5 months at most and then it will be superceded by a more powerful model. Surely anyone who wanted an iPhone 4 (white or black) has bought one by now. How many holdouts can there SERIOUSLY be??

i just finished installing xp sp2 on vmware works fine....
just under device manager it tells me one unregonised hardware....the video card... any1 knows how to solve this?

Intel doesn't sell a 2.7GHz standard voltage Core i5 unless its a custom model or Apple is underclocking the 2.8GHz Core i5, which seems like an unnecessary waste of free clock speed room.
