Oh great. I'm going to have to tie up my Internet connection for a long period of time to update my 4G iPod touch and iPad 2 for the 4.3.2 update.
I REALLY hope that Apple does incremental updates of iOS starting with iOS 5.0 to save us from tying up the broadband connection for such a long period of time.
Am I the only person who sets up a big download, then goes to bed?

I actually kind of like that, outside of the ugly close/min/max buttons and the scroll bars :P
Coupled together, they do have a certain uniform garrishness.

Terrible update.
In the past, the folks at the genius bar told be that's an authorization problem that can be resolved by going into the store settings. Log out of your account and log back in. That should fix it.

You can file an anticipatory mark. The key is intent to use. ...
I get the feeling you missed this:
...You have to demonstrate the current or intended future use of the name or phrase...
I acknowledged the intent to use aspect.

Watch, it probably really means it instantly voids the MS support part of the Vista purchase for that license.
Would be just peachy that Apple offers zero support for running Vista on a Mac, and MS does the same for those doing it via virtualization.
Probably forsee a support headache coming down the path. :p
That's what Paul Thurrott thought, too. (See his response above.)
In any event, Apple wouldn't support Windows running via any method on a Mac.
However, in the Boot Camp scenario, any support available from Microsoft with any version of Vista would still be available.

Lastly, I'm kinda bummed that I haven't made the narration yet.:(
Be patient, your part is arriving. Just hope that the game doesn't end before it.
Me too. Given the theme i was already picturing myself as the marquee artist of the production ;)
You already had a small part, but I'm planning more. You where the thing with an animation of a bending robot drinking tea.

Whaa? That young? I have a 4 year old MBP that just about copes with aperture.
I've been taking a photography class and I'm getting tired of beachballs and seeing the word "processing".

You have implied your own proof. The fact that they are in Court at all should tell you money is not going from the site to the record labels / artists etc.
The only reason the cases have failed is that its not illegal under Russian law. Russian sites are violating international law in making this content available, but international law is very, very difficult to enforce. Especially where the action is legal in the violating nation.
So by your logic, if you end up in court on flagrantly made up charges, you're guilty by implication? Jesus...

Reading through all of these negative comments, I really hope that someone at Apple is paying attention or this information is relayed to them. They really need to know how ugly this thing is.

Yeah, after all if you buy a coffee there u have to sign a waiver of responsibility for burns, then reply YES three times to the cashier asking "Are you sure you want to buy this potentially scalding-hot coffee?" ... but what's it matter, thanks to people not wanting to take responsibility we can't buy coffee above 82 degrees fahrenheit. lol
:-)
funny you mentoned it. I always order their iced coffee. large 32oz with 7 shots of hazzelnut and 7 pumps of cream. evens it all out... mmmmmmmmm
darn.... I want one now......
but yeah people are stupid. "dont eat mcdonalds. It makes you fat"
Really? Do they hold a gun to your head telling you that you have to eat it? No. you walk in there on your own free will knowing full well its bad for you.

The only people who lump in tablets and PMPs into the platform are apple lovers who are in denial. Everyone else separates them by device. Smartphones are compared to smartphones. Tablets to tablets, etc.
But that's what the iOS platform is: an OS that runs on tablets, PMP's and phones.
The people who care about the platform are developers, which are kind of important to everyone who uses the platform.

Mine pops up instantly. 2.0 GHz Macbook.
Whatever dude. 2Ghz\2GB RAM\256MB Video\160GB HD and there is NOTHING instantaneous about Parallels at all. It takes anywhere from 1-2 minutes to resume a session and another 2+ minutes to suspend it. This is with multiple images, several OS X installs, and I know how to tweak Windows with the best of them. Then there is the bug where it likes to freeze the entire system when you change locations. Not always but its a common enough thing that I have to stop the session to change locations or risk crashing my system.

Make up your mind. Either they are using the chips now, or they aren't. People were clamoring for mobile quad cores and now they have them. What CPU are they not using now that users want in mobile computers?
Now they are. The problem is it took them a couple of years. They waited until Intel produced mobile chips that "suit" them instead of producing a Mac that could use available quad core mobile chips. And we are not even talking about minor details like Apple never using the most powerful versions of CPUs (for example, there is no MBPs with SandyBridge/2920XM).

I'm hoping iPhone 5 supports HSPA+.
That's PLENTY fast. Every bit as fast as current LTE networks.
Not really. There are some markets where Verizon LTE is able to pull down over 10 MB/s, which T-mobile's HSPA+ and WiMax can't touch.

What a team player.
300 people sitting on their hands, while he 'plays'.
Charming.
Oddly, I agree with you.
I'm not sure I'd see this guy as my idol, not even a little.
Sure, maybe one night where you just get some sort of pass but do you really watch a dirty bitch with **** up your nose and a car you're too wasted to drive?

"Q on Mac Pro demand. A: Very positive reaction to Mac Pro. Still feel there is a delay in purchasing related to Creative Suite (Universal)"
They said the same thing about pro desktop sales when we were waiting on a carbon version from Adobe. Then, it was released and Pro sales didn't increase. Too bad you can't put Xeon in a MBP :P

wow... that is such ****! pardon my french but that is rediculous... they gonna discount the bill by a 30%? they ought to. totally unacceptable.
I got verizon, and I RARELY get dropped calls nowadays, the service got better over the years... im not gonna lie and say it never happens, but i dont remember the last time i had one.
to be fair with AT&T i gotta ask, are those calls only 30 seconds long or 30 minutes long and then gets dropped? 30 second dropped call would piss me off compared to a 30 minute one. if it drops at 30 minutes AT&T is doing ya a favor not accidently running up the minutes hahah
